Days 1- 4
Nairobi, Amboseli & Lake Nakuru
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) and transfer to your Nairobi hotel, with an option to visit the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage or Giraffe Centre on Day 1. Day 2 involves a scenic drive to Amboseli National Park for an afternoon game drive against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, followed by full-day game drives in Amboseli on Day 3, focusing on diverse wildlife. Day 4 takes you to Lake Nakuru National Park, renowned for its flamingos and rhino sanctuary, for extensive game viewing around the lake.
Days 5 - 10
Masai Mara & Cultural Encounters
On Day 5, embark on a drive or flight to the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, settling into your camp/lodge for an afternoon game drive. Days 6 and 7 are dedicated to extensive morning and afternoon game drives in the Masai Mara, aiming for Big Five sightings and witnessing the incredible concentration of wildlife, with an optional hot air balloon safari at sunrise. Day 8 includes an immersive visit to an authentic Maasai village to learn about their customs, with the afternoon open for another game drive or relaxation. Day 9 allows for a final morning game drive in the Mara before transferring back to Nairobi or extending your stay for another experience. Finally, Day 10 marks your departure from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO).
